WebSoft vyigat the government contract on development of the system of distance learning for the Moscow Department of Information Technology.
As the press secretary of department of infrpmatsionny technologies of Moscow Elena Novikov reported TAdviser, a system will be developed based on the product WebTutor, however with big customization. Residents have already now an opportunity to be trained free of charge on 14 disciplines in real time.
The system of distance learning and the methodological center for officials
According to Novikova a system will include the platform for distance learning of citizens, content and also the methodological center for training of officials. "Now the first stage – a system prototype, its main circuits and the first content is given, and works are continued", - she told.
Novikova explained that more advanced courses are developed for officials and they will be trained in the offline mode in a metodcentra.
Potential audience
"We expect 20% until the end of the year of all active users of a system of state services of the city of Moscow", - Novikova told. - "Now we register about 200 thousand users, from them about a half - active users who logged in at least two times. Next year we predict a bigger growth depending on extent of dissemination of information on rates".
About age of potential listeners of Novikov did not specify, having noticed that "as practice shows, for elderly people their relatives can specially create accounts that those had an opportunity to increase the level of computer literacy or to be trained at the selected rate".
System cost
According to the tender documentation, WebSoft will receive 24 million rubles from the Government of Moscow.
The director of the department of Internet technologies of the "IT academy" participating also in tender Alexander Vorozhtsov in a conversation with the correspondent of TAdviser reported that systems of this sort can cost from 30 million rubles. "The main problem will consist in stability of a system at peak loads. If there is not enough equipment and a system "will lay down", then it is required to buy in addition in addition to correspond to tender conditions", - he told. "Our system, by the way, was highly appreciated more on quality, but did not pass at the price", - he added.
Objectives
Novikova reported that the department of information technologies began to add without fail to all system and infrastructure contracts point on creation of a training course or material. "Thus we will save budgetary funds for creation of the training programs and we will expand at the same time amount of disciplines", - she concluded.
