Content

Accounting activity of Fund of assistance to development to cultural diversity of the people is automated by means of implementation of the software product 1C: Accounting 8 PROF. The system of conducting accounting and tax accounting in Fund and its branches is implemented by specialists of Inform Active.

Objectives

The Fund in Moscow has a developed structure consisting of head office and 10 branches in this connection the management was faced the need of improvement of work of accounting service due to implementation of an automated system.

Solution

The leadership of Fund by means of specialists of Inform Active selected the 1C: Accounting PROF software product as this software product is the ready-made universal solution allowing:

  • automate the majority of sections of accounting including accounting of the movement of cash and a non-cash;
  • keep accounting and tax accounting in uniform information base and geographically distributed bases with branches;
  • calculate the salary of employees;
  • conduct calculation with third parties and advance holders.

Besides, use of an automated system of accounting based on the program of 1C: Accounting 8 PROF gives ability to integrate other software products on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. In the course of implementation of the software product specialists of Inform Active performed the following works:

  • delivery of the software product in office of the organization;
  • program installation of 1C on all computers at the main office and branches of the organization;
  • setup of the program in each workplace for work to uniform information base;
  • adaptation of an automated system for implementation of specific features of accounting;
  • connection of the specialized equipment;
  • initial settings of the program for accounting;
  • input of opening balances in 1C the program;
  • group training of 1C of users to work with the program.
