The Tyumennerud company continues installation of modules of the systems of satellite control on departmental special transport

Specialists of the company GLONASS OMNICOMM continue equipment of vehicle fleet of the enterprise for extraction of sand and clay – "Tyumennerud" GLONASSGPS monitoring and fuel control system / Omnicomm.

In the territory of Tyumen and the Tyumen region Tyumennerud develops two sandpits and one pit of technology clay for production of nonmetallic minerals. Without regard to the fact that all three fields are in close proximity to the enterprise the problem of control of movement of special equipment existed always. Besides, some cars work during night shifts when it becomes more difficult to control transport. All this pushed company management to search of the solution which would allow to consider work of transport and to cut down expenses on fuel.

In 2010-2011 technical solution was set on several transport units of the enterprise. The decision on retrofitting was made in connection with recent expansion of vehicle fleet. As note at the enterprise, the telematic equipment fixes movement of special equipment in the round-the-clock mode that completely excludes a possibility of its inappropriate use, and indications received from fuel Omnicomm sensors allowed to review regulations on expenses on fuel in the first months after system implementation.
