The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia starts system implementation of satellite control of departmental transport

The company Hybrid of Solutions began an implementation project GLONASSGPS of system / monitoring and control of transport "Autotracker" in vehicle fleet Ministry of Emergency Situations (Ministry of Emergency Situations) of Armenia.

Solution

The first stage of cooperation is completed - by Day of the employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations the RNT company non-paid equipped with a monitoring system of 100 fire trucks and on September 4, 2012 solemnly presented the project to the prime minister of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan and the Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Eritsyan.

At present in Armenia the largest dispatching center for control of transport is developed. Such dispatching center considerably will increase effective management of subordinated transport and speed of emergency response, predict in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the country. Besides, statistics on use of transport will be stored in a common information space, and operational data will be instantly transferred between divisions, saving at the same time confidentiality of information at the expense of the different access level.

"Devices which equip our rescue and fire trucks now will help to control completely process of emergency response and also to keep statistics. Today at our country there is a strong political will, and the emergency system is under close attention of the leadership of Armenia", - the Minister of RA of Emergencies Armen Eritsyan emphasized.

Expectations

System implementation Avtotreker will become an important component of reforming of department. It will allow the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia to perform the round-the-clock monitoring of the movement of cars, to automatically determine the car, next to the place of a call, and to distribute calls between machines online. Besides, the equipment will give the chance to automatically notify the manager on arrival of the car on an object or on exceeding of standard time of reaction.

The official representative of JSC RNT in the Republic of Armenia is the Gibrid Solyushns LLC company which provides system implementation and complex service support of the project.

"RNT company" provided to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia advanced technologies which will allow to improve organizational processes in department, to accelerate emergency response and liquidation of their effects. Will turn out to be consequence of it increases in level of national security. At the same time, implementation of TEConts of transport requires insignificant finance costs in scales of the state, but at the same time allows to achieve visible results already in the short term", – the CEO of RNT company Ivan Nechayev considers.
