System of Labour Regulation (SLR)

The System of Labour Regulation (SLR) allows to normalize labor costs of production of products on the basis of the all-machine-building enlarged and other regulations of time. Regulation is performed in a dialogue mode which allows to display, edit and select tabular regulations of time for accomplishment of different technology transactions taking into account correction factors. The calculated regulations are appropriated to technology transactions which together with structure of a product and technology processes are included in the design-technology specification. On the basis of this information loading of the equipment is defined, the salary, the general labor input and cost value of production of a product in general is calculated.

STN contains the large volume of normalizing reference books on different types of works from the open sources published at different times by the different ministries, departments and scientific research institute. In basic delivery of STN standards for the following work types are brought:

• Marking and procurement works on metalwork.
• Machining: the works performed on thread-cutting, the carousel, turning and revolving, coordinate and boring, milling, grinding, finishing and boring, drilling, planing, grooving, horizontally boring, zuboobrabatyvayushchy, boring, engraving, machines and also machines with the numerical control (NC).
• Assembly, welding, processing by pressure, heat treatment.
• Electrodeposits, production of products from plastic.
• Preservation, packaging, repair work, transportation of loads, etc.
