The Moscow Department of Healthcare prepares for implementation of a uniform information and analytical system

The IT company performed works on creation of a complex of cable systems in 240 medical and polyclinic organizations of 6 Administrative Districts of Moscow. The Moscow Department of Healthcare acts as the customer.

Objectives

Within the large-scale project of upgrade of all levels of the Moscow health care, the Moscow Department of Healthcare defined a priority task of creation of a uniform information and analytical system of Moscow which should completely begin to function until the end of 2012. For its successful start it is necessary to ensure functioning of network infrastructure of the objects included in the project of informatization.

The right to equipment of nearly a half of capital clinics was acquired by IT company according to the results of online auctions.

Solution

Specialists of IT performed works on creation of a complex of cable systems in city clinics, children's clinics and other medical and polyclinic organizations of the capital. In total 240 treatment and prevention facilities of East, Northern, Southeast, Northeast, Northwest, Central Administrative Districts of Moscow are covered. In 25-day time, according to government contract conditions, works on creation of structured cabling systems and power supply systems in the specified medical institutions were performed.

The feature of the project is that the conducted works should not lead to interruption and stops of daily activities of organizations for acceptance and service of the population. Besides separate groups of treatment and prevention facilities represented buildings with uncommon architectural construction that complicated work. Therefore for execution of the project at the high level by specialists of IT company implemented the procedures of the organization of works allowing to observe at the same time required terms, proper quality of implementation and not to break a usual operation mode of polyclinic organizations.

Result

Within the project more than 11 thousand ports are installed, tens of thousands of kilometers of the SCS cables and plastic a cable channels are laid. The complex of cable systems created by IT company is a physical basis for implementation of a medical information system.

Project cost

The amount of public contracts was more than 73 million rubles.
