In Standard of Taste network the solution of automation of trade is implemented

The 1C-Rarus company started project implementation of automation of retail chain stores "Standard of taste" using industry solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

Preproject

The guide of the Customer needed the high-quality tool for effective management of business. The modern information system became such tool.

On start of the project the management of retail chain stores defined the following purposes of creation of an information system:

• Centralized operation of shops of a different format by retail chain stores from the mobile pavilion to supermarket;
• Control of the quality standards of the offered products;
• Control of all range of the equipment working in shop;
• Minimization of regular housekeeping overheads of infrastructure, including the created management system;
• Ensuring control over the level of profitability of shops.

Preference was given to industry solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. Works on automation of retail chain stores were performed by 1C-Rarus company.

Implementation

The project is begun in February, 2012. In its framework, temperature sensors - own development of 1C-Rarus company are installed in refrigerating appliances. Service of monitoring of infrastructure of the retail enterprise (M.I.R.P.) which allows to control work of program systems and all used equipment in shop is implemented.

For September 13, 2012 in a system 7 shops of network, the central office and a warehouse work.

Result

The centralized control system of 7 shops, warehouse and the central office is created. The company quickly reacts to the shift in demand on goods. The sensors installed in refrigerating appliances allow to observe the regulated temperature condition. Buyers can always find necessary products on shelves of shops and be sure of their freshness and high quality.

The head of IT service "Standard of Taste" Konstantin Mikhaylov noted:

• As a result of cooperation about 1C-Rarus we received the solution which was jointly finished taking into account tasks and specifics of our business. Finally, it allowed to provide network with necessary services for start, to resolve issues of interaction of all divisions of office and shops.
