JSC VimpelCom completed updating of the platform IPTV Microsoft Mediaroom to version 2.0, for provision of services to users of mobile communication of Beeline operator. The project is implemented by the company Sotal Interactive.
Goal
Technical solution of Microsoft Mediaroom allows to implement such functions of house digital television Beeline as management of air, watching video on demand, use of interactive Internet-applications and many others.
Result
The new version gives the chance to increase stability of work of service due to optimization of work of a server part of the platform, to increase sweep rate of available movies and programs, to update the interface of the section Video hire shop and also to start a number of additional functions for the audience.
