The Krasnoyarsk machine-building plant implements a production management system IT Enterprise

The Krasnoyarsk machine-building plant and Intellekt-group company announced in September, 2012 the beginning of the project on implementation of a corporate system of production management IT Enterprise.

Implementation of MES in JSC Krasmash is intended to provide operational management and control over production, collecting, processing, storage of production and technology information, optimum allocation of works orders, representation of up-to-date information to heads of services.

JSC Krasnoyarsk Machine-building Plant has more than the 80th summer history and is the main manufacturer of ballistic missiles for submarines in Russia and also the basic module of the upper stage for launch vehicles "ZENIT", "JSC "PROTON"".

Considering need of improvement of production management of space-rocket products with extremely high quality requirements and reliability, the management of JSC Krasmash made the decision on the beginning of a pilot project on implementation of a modern system of operational intra shop management (MES) based on a system IT Enterprise.

IT Enterprise - the flagship product of Information technologies corporation - is full-function ERP, MRPII, MES, APS, EAM, SCM, CRM – a system which covers all aspects of activity of the enterprise and also provides effective management of group of companies. The subsystem of MES (Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions) is intended for solving of tasks of synchronization, coordination, the analysis and optimization of production.

Within a pilot project the technical specifications on system implementation are so far created, the plan of preparation and personnel training is approved, until the end of 2012 it is going to obtain based on one workshop data for quality evaluation of functioning of a system and also the complete information necessary for implementation of MES in scales of all enterprise.
