Biography

Born on October 2, 1963 in the village. Krivoe lake of the Krivoozersky district of the Nikolaev region.

In 1986 he graduated from the Lviv Fire and Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, fire fighting equipment and safety.

In 1993 he graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute, engineering technology.

In 2010 he graduated from the FGOU VPO "North-Western Academy of Public Service," state and municipal administration.

In 2010, he graduated from the FGOU VPO "Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergencies and the Elimination of the Consequences of Natural Disasters."
