A choice of a system is made at the end of 2003.
Selection terms:
- the functionality corresponding to requests of the enterprise - support of all main business processes, production management and management of finance is obligatory (budgeting);
- ability to integrate with external systems;
- support of the Russian legislation;
- domestic developer (supplier) of a system;
- reasonable price of ownership;
- presence of the partner in the region.
System implementation was decided to perform by own forces, with consulting support of the partner of Galaktika corporation in the region – BIT-Vektor company.
Chronology of the project
1.2004 year Payroll:
- time keeping
- calculation of charges, deduction, taxes on FOT
- calculation of sick leave notes and vacation pay
- calculation of production dresses taking into account ShPZ up to 5 levels in depth
- formation of the external and internal reporting
2.2005 year Financial settlement transactions:
- cash transactions
- accounting of advance holders
- economic transactions (formation boom. postings)
- sales management
- arrival of finished goods from production
3.2006 – 2007 Material issue and PKI in production by production orders Management of budgets:
- about 70 centers of responsibility are involved
- loading the plan budgets from the book of financial transactions,
- automatic collecting of actual data
- formation of BDDS and income and expense budget
- Fixed asset accounting
- Accounting of the special equipment

4.2008 – 2009
- raw materials supplied by the customer
- management of supply
- inventory control with support of purchasing batches
- contract management
- formation of budgets based on schedules of agreements
- specifications of products (maintaining route charts)
- accounting of the movement of semi-finished products (parts, nodes) in production
Current result
- a common information space based on the ERP system Is created
- online support of tasks of management of financial and material resources and also personnel Is adjusted
- Settlement with suppliers and buyers is conducted by agreements
- the job order cost accounting Is implemented
- the transparent budgeting system Is constructed
- about 300 users Are involved
