The Locomotive  to a Zauyta Rastyr company prepares start for a corporate system on the SAP ERP platform

The Ramek-VS company implements the SAP ERP enterprise management system for "The locomotive құ to a zauyta rastyr".

Tasks

Project objective was unification of business processes, optimization resource management, creation of necessary conditions for maintenance of the current changes and implementation of strategic plans on production expansion.

The project on system implementation of enterprise management is executed on the basis of the SAP ERP software product for mechanical engineering and allows to build optimal management model all production areas: tangible assets, finance, personnel, production processes, reporting.

Solution

Before breaking to accomplishment of this project, specialists of "Ramek-VS" provided to the customer the prototype of future system executed on own equipment and which is clearly demonstrating all advantages of its future implementation.

At a stage of conceptual design structurization of business processes of the enterprise is carried out, problem zones are revealed.

Functionally the corporate information system covers:

• accounting, tax and management accounting;
• logistics;
• production;
• budgeting;
• maintenance and repair of the equipment;
• personnel management and payroll of workers.

The total amount of the contract is 1.5 million euros.

Result

Now a system works in the mode of trial operation. The beginning of production operation is planned for January 1, 2013.
