2012

In August 2012, the project of introducing the Docsvision system at the parent enterprise of AGROCOM GROUP was completed, the press service of Docsvision said on October 1, 2012. Integrator in the project company "Intellect."

2011

In 2011, Intellect completed the project of introducing the Docsvision system in Donskoy Tobacco, a member of the holding's tobacco business complex. As a result of the project, it was decided to implement the system at TAVR, and subsequently at the head office of the group of companies.

The general

The data of all projects are combined into a distributed solution, which made it possible not only to combine the business and head office document management cycles into a single document and task management system, but also to configure the processes for transferring documents and orders vertically between the holding management and divisions. For example, the routes of movement of documents, tasks and assignments from the general director to the heads of business complexes, as well as the approval of contractual documents by the management company management, are configured.

The mechanisms for the exchange of data (which is a single data bus) between the systems developed by the specialists of the Intellect company will further connect the new business complexes of the holding to work at Docsvision and ensure control over the performing discipline.

Reality

More than 750 employees are users of Docsvision at the enterprises of the AGROCOM GROUP holding. The total amount of data to date has exceeded 100 gigabytes, the total number of documents registered in the system is more than 15 thousand.
