2024: Electrical Board Plant Launch

On October 31, 2024, the Intelka Group of Companies opened a new production and warehouse complex for the production of electrical switchboard equipment in Voronezh on Ostuzhev Street. The volume of investments in the project amounted to ₽460 million.

According to RIA Voronezh, the area of ​ ​ the new complex is 1.5 thousand square meters. m. Construction of the facility began in 2023. Next to the production building, the construction of a business center is being completed, which will house an electrical laboratory and an IT cluster for research.

Minister of Industry and Transport of the Voronezh Region Sergei Khlyzov emphasizes the importance of the project in the context of sanctions pressure. Until recently, 70% of such electrical equipment was supplied by foreign companies that left the Russian market.

Nikolai Kombarov, Sales Director of Intelka Group of Companies, notes that the company's products will be in demand in industry, agro-industrial complex and engineering companies. Modern panel equipment is necessary to increase the level of automation of production facilities.

Gennady Shvyrkov, Minister of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of the region, points to the important role of the My Business Center in creating production. The venture, which grew out of a small start-up, plans to expand production capacity further.

And about. Vladimir Semynin, Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Voronezh Region, assured of his readiness to support new production to maintain a favorable investment climate in the region.

The launch of the enterprise will create 300 new workplaces. In September 2024, Voronezh also launched the production of ultra-low-consumption microcontrollers based on NIIET with an investment of ₽790 million, including a preferential loan of ₽616 million from the Industrial Development Fund.[1]
