The iBPM LLC company for ensuring corporate collective work selected the solution IBM SmartCloud for Social Business, the press service of IBM reported on October 1, 2012.
Background
Public cloud platforms with which the company worked initially were difficult in administration. Besides, they did not provide integration with the CRM system which the company used. Owing to this fact the decision on migration on the new platform of collective work based on IBM SmartCloud for Social Business was made.
"The specifics of our work are that specialists are in the different countries, but on similar projects. Effective joint work is a basis of our business. The IBM SmartCloud for Social Business platform provides functionality necessary for us, including Connections, communities, transactions (Activities), the organization of meetings and others, – Alexey Bogachyov, the head of iBPM LLC noted. – Now we complete integration with the CRM system. Therefore from the beginning of trial operation we made the decision to double the number of licenses".
