In the fall of 2012 the portfolio of cloud services of IBM SmartCloud is filled up with new social network features and also a packet of cloud office applications of SmartCloud Docs.

The packet of the social IBM SmartCloud for Social Business functions supports services of access to network communities, services of file sharing, the organization of online conferences, instant messaging, e-mail and calendar. Functions of social networks of a corporate class support interaction with fellow workers and also with partners and suppliers of the company. The new service e-meeting allows the working groups to organize sessions of interactive remote interaction "on the fly" using instruments of instant messaging, carrying out teleconferences using text and graphic materials and also sharing, exchange and editing documents, tables and the presentations. The packet also includes means of a chat with users of different platforms of instant messaging, sharing and file sharing and also the invitation of guests to participation in e-meetings sessions.
