The system integrator the Microtest company created the system of budget management for the ZhASO insurance company, the press service of integrator reported on October 2, 2012.
Goals and Objectives
For increase in efficiency of work with large volumes of information, for improvement of control of approval, execution of budgets and reduction of terms of their preparation, the customer company needed to pass from work into the MS Excel to a specialized system.
In JSC ZhASO decided to start creation of an automated system of budgeting in 2011. The company selected in quality solutions the 1C: Consolidation 8 Prof system and made selection among IT integrators. Applicants, in particular, had to execute pilot projects – to show examples of work with budgets in a projectible system. Based on tender the Microtest company was selected.
Job
During the project consultants of integrator adapted a budgeting technique for the problems of automation facing the customer. Then on the basis of the solution "1C: Consolidation 8 Prof" according to a new technique basic processes of budgeting were automated: planning of budgets, their consolidation, approval, execution tracking, release of the reporting. Upon termination of system implementation Microtest provided training of specialists of JSC ZhASO whose activity means use of a new system.
Result
Upon termination of implementation, testings, a system it is transferred to the mode of production operation. Now more than 60 employees of JSC ZhASO work with a budgeting system. Information on budgets is consolidated in the single database at the expense of what risks of duplication of data and discrepancy of reporting indicators are excluded.
