The Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea applies VKS to interaction with municipal districts

The council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea implements the system of a video conferencing. As the contractor the A-KOM company takes part in an implementation project.

Solution

A video conference system for the Crimean government was developed and installed by A-KOM company together with Valtek company. In the main conference room of Council of ministers of the republic group VKS of SCOPIA XT4200 from the Radvision company which is recently purchased by Avaya is set. A system is connected to the microphone conference system which is available in the hall and an acoustic equipment.

25 regional executive committees and the district state administrations of the Crimea are completed with the personal SCOPIA VC240 systems. A server part of a system on the basis of MCU Elite 5230 (with a connectivity to a conference via the PC web interface and record function) gives the chance at the organization of a multipoint video conferencing to display up to 26 participants on the screen.

The management of Council of ministers of the Crimea expects that meetings in online the mode considerably will reduce time and finance costs of officials by working trips, and the efficiency of their work will significantly increase.
