The Russian representative office of the TV set replaced a corporate system of accounting with a product of Microsoft

GMCS completed implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 in the Russian division of Teleca AB.

Background

The Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 system is already used in divisions of Teleca AB in the USA, India, Poland, Germany and Sweden. For project implementation in the Russian representative office – Teleka LLC company, the GMCS company is selected.

Solution

"At the time of start of the project in summer of 2011 our company used the software of one of the Russian producers, in it only accounting functions were implemented. With growth of the company given software gradually ceased to meet the requirements of business, both in terms of the current tasks, and in terms of the need for scalability. It was one of premises of the project, – the chief financial officer of Teleka LLC Danil Ryabchikov told. – Besides, it was important to us to pass to a single system of business management, to provide the maximum financial transparency for the head company exercising strategic management. Earlier this role was executed by the corporate center at the level of Teleca AB, today we work already based on uniform standards for all Symphony Teleca Corporation".

Result

Automation in the system of a financial guidance loop, including accounting and tax accounting according to standards of the Russian legislation and also sales processes and an application campaign became project deliverables.

Details

The project in Teleka LLC is one of the few implementations of the module Professional Services Automation (PSA) in Russia which is a part of Microsoft Dynamics AX and intended for expanded project management. Implementation of this module was performed by an internal team of the customer independently with assistance of GMCS regarding integration of PSA with the functionality localized in Microsoft Dynamics AX on management of finance. Today in PSA not only the accounting of a worked time with all overtimes, sick-lists and holidays is carried out, but also account of all costs according to requirements of IFRS is in real time kept. Besides, the module gives an opportunity to keep account of revenue (according to IFRS) and to expose to the client invoices by each client / project as under the terms "time&material", and at "fixed cost". Data of the module PSA of each of divisions are used by global office for the centralized tracking of costs and control of cost value of projects.

Very serious work on adaptation of the available solution under requirements of the Russian legislation is carried out, the numerous and non-standard completions connected with feature of activity of the Russian division of holding are implemented.
