Biography

Alexander Dovnar was born on August 15, 1957. Graduated from the Kaliningrad state university majoring in "Quantum radiophysics" and also the Rockwool University (Hedekhuzen, Denmark) as Plant manager. Passed the Executive MBA program in "General management" in the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and also the MBA program in Personnel management at Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 1981-1990 – the engineer, the senior engineer, the chief of the sector in design department of experimental design bureau Torch (Kaliningrad). In 1994-2000 – the director of production of the companies of the Russian division of AGA company - JSC AGA-KAZ (Kaliningrad), the Balashikha oxygen plant (Moscow). From 2000 to 2005 – the managing director of production of the Russian division of ROCKWOOL company - Mineralnaya vata Ltd (Moscow). In 2005-2011 – the deputy CEO of the Russian department of Air Products company in Moscow. In 2011-2012 – the director of production of JSC Angstrem, in October is appointed to the position of the CEO of the company.
