Keysystems: Interaction with FTS

The software package "Interaction with FTS" is development on the basis of which creation of the uniform center of processing and the data analysis received from the Federal Tax Service for financial body of the subject of the Russian Federation and its municipal entities is possible. It is developed according to requirements of the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 65H. Message

Implementation of a complex allows to resolve several problems arising at software implementation in municipal entities, in particular in rural settlements at once:

• Insufficiency of technical equipment in municipal entities, necessary for processing of the information data array provided to FTS;
• Absence or insufficient training of specialists, servicing technical and software tools;
• Absence of specialists in the competent analysis and use of the information data array provided to FTS;
• Impossibility of acquisition of a full-function complex by the municipal entity (rural settlement) because of high cost.

Advantages

• Connectivity of municipal entities to the database of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation through WEB and the Smart interface that allows to store information of FTS in one place without the need for acceptance it in each municipal entity;
• Comfortable work on slow and unstable communication channels, accomplishment of a part of functions even offline;
• Possibility of interaction with specialists of financial body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the mode of "real time": centralization of the settings in the program connected with change of methodology, regulatory legal acts; operational consultation, the help from the subject, problem solving 'on the fly';
• Lack of need to monitor updates of the program, to perform administration of the database, to create backup copies for the employee of financial body of the municipal entity. All these functions are performed on a centralized basis.
• The centralized setup of the list of output forms for all levels of budgets;
• Possibility of the organization of electronic storage of reports with the electronic signature. At such scheme all reports form packets, at the level of the subject, the worker of the municipal entity gets access to the created reports on the budget through remote connection;
• Integration of the Interaction with FTS PC with other developments of Keysystems company, in particular with a subsystem of forecasting of income.
