Implementation of ENOVIA V6 to Spetssudoproyekt

Project implementation a reverse engineering of the landing ship for CB SPETSSUDOPROYEKT Ltd which is in St. Petersburg required involvement of contractors of the engineering division which is in Moscow.

For implementation of such opportunity by specialists of IGA Technologies company it was offered to implement joint development on the platform of a data management system ENOVIA V6. Within 2 weeks a system was unrolled, necessary customization and setup was carried out. In total more than 10 engineers working in information environment, uniform for all participants, took part in project implementation on a reverse engineering. Also the direct project orderer was connected to a unified environment that allowed to simplify and accelerate considerably process of approval of changes and transfer of results on the plant.

At joint work the mechanism of control of relevance of local data in combination with the mechanism of synchronization of file storages allowed to minimize data transmission between remote offices.

Locking gears of changes, role access isolation, the automated updating of local data and the automated notifications allowed to coordinate works at the high level. These mechanisms allowed to avoid errors of design of the made changes connected with loss and also allowed to differentiate access for engineers according to assigned tasks and the approved areas of responsibility.

Also, the automated tools of an output of necessary data were developed for interaction with an internal information system of the customer that allowed to lower in addition costs at approvals.

Approach showed the high efficiency in this connection the management of design office made the decision on full-scale implementation of PLM at the enterprise.

In total at the enterprise it is decided to automate work more than 50 designers and engineers, all quality management process, processes of all-organizational document flow and also to implement process of vendor interaction and customers.
