Biography

Was born on March 16, 1976 in the city Petrovsk-Zabaykalsky the Chita region, Russia.

Education

1993 - left secondary school in Chita.

1998 - graduated from the Far Eastern Federal University of means of communication majoring in "The organization of transportations and management on transport (railway)"[2].

Career

During study at the Far Eastern Federal University of means of communication was the trade-union leader of university, a labor activity of the beginnings in department of social and economic development of institute.

1998 - 2002 are the leading posts at the enterprises of railway transport, the last position - the head of marketing department and a contracted work of the road center of corporate transport service of management of the Far East railroad.

2002 - 2004 - the CEO of Dalneftetrans LLC in Khabarovsk[3].

2004 - 2006 - the CEO of JSC Dalnevostochnaya transportnaya gruppa to Khabarovsk[4].


2006 - 2009 - the associate director of department of state policy in the field of railway transport of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

2009 - 2011 - the associate director of the Russian Government's Department of Industry and Infrastructure[5].

2017: Head of the Republic of Buryatia

On February 7, 2017 the decree Russian President Vladimir Putin it is appointed the acting as the Head of the Republic Buryatia.
