The 1C-Rarus company automated the 17th shop of network TD "Borodino" based on standard industry solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8", the company integrator reported on October 16, 2012.
Start
In May, 2012 the 17th shop of retail chain stores is open. It it was required to include in an information system for the purpose of the solution of the following tasks:
- Stable providing complete range of goods;
- Increase in turnover of trade inventories;
- Decrease in quantity of low liquid goods;
- Ensuring loyalty of buyers – creation of discount schemes, efficiency analysis of their introduction;
- Operational and correct analysis of activity of the enterprise.
Solution
Program installation "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products" it is carried out within one day.
Implementation result
- the shop is included in the centralized management of retail chain stores. Management of pricing, range, formation of orders is performed through the central office in Petrozavodsk. Time for processing and information exchange takes read minutes;
- the end-to-end system of loyalty develops. In all shops of network the accumulative system of discounts is conducted that promotes formation of goodwill of buyers to the company in general;
- the prices of suppliers are controlled. The reference book of the nomenclature, uniform for all shops, and partners on a centralized basis is replenished and changes. Approvals of the deliverable range and the agreement of suppliers happen only in the central office where managers-merchandisers manage all tasks of network.
- the assortment matrix, excepting deliveries of uncoordinated goods is controlled. The control of restrictions of "the maximum remaining balance of goods in shop" implemented in a system promotes maintenance of average turnover of shop at optimum level.

- Shops of a format "at the house" have the features: small trade and utility rooms, the capital under an insignificant stock of goods, buyers prefer to purchase the most necessary. System "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products" became that tool which solves essential problems of our retail network. The program allows to have a real picture of cases of how goods and what its turnover are on sale and also to control working conditions on specific goods with the supplier. Thus, we constantly work on decrease in quantity of low liquid goods in assortment of network. The mechanism of the automatic internal order gives the chance always to have available the most saleable articles. Systems capabilities in the field of management of the prices allow retail chain stores to pursue flexible pricing policy.
