The plant of V.A. Degtyarev completes system implementation of automation of payroll of personnel

The Business of Technology company and JSC Plant of V.A. Degtyarev completed the works on system implementation of personnel management and payroll of Global-HR, the company integrator in the press release of October 19, 2012 reported.

Project

From joint stock company "ZID are involved in the project the services which are responsible for financial accounting, personnel management, information technologies, the organization and regulation of work. At the same time concerning time keeping and personnel document flow implementation of Global affected each of more than hundred divisions of the enterprise.

Distinctive feature of the project - the maximum involvement of IT specialists of the plant into process of setup, completion and system implementation that allowed to reduce project cost significantly. In addition to create a backlog for further development of a system by forces of IT department of the enterprise.

Result

Today about 350 users work with the modules HRM and Payroll on JSC ZID. Payroll calculation duration on the enterprise for a list and not payroll occupies only three quarters of hour. A system covers all business processes of the plant concerning personnel: human resources management, personnel document flow, organic accounting, payroll and "salary" taxes.

A system successfully passed the period of trial operation. The management of the enterprise signed the order on transfer of a system to commercial operation, complete payroll calculation will be performed in October, 2012.
