Moselektrotyagstroy

OJSC "Trust Moselektrotyagstroy" is a general contracting construction and installation trust for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of facilities of a complete list of purposes and categories of complexity.

In 1949, the USSR government decided to transfer hundreds of kilometers of railways of the Moscow transport hub and the adjacent network of railways of the USSR to electric traction. To fulfill this task 20.09.1949 on the basis of the Moscow Construction Department No. 7 and the Construction Department No. 101, the Moselektrotyagstroy trust was organized. Since 1954, the trust was part of the USSR Ministry of Transport and Construction, since 2000 it was transformed into FSUE "Trust Moselektrotyagstroy," since 2006 it was reorganized into the Open Joint-Stock Company.

In June 2023, the Tushinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Nikolai Mirny, former general director of Trust Moselektrotyagstroy JSC, to three years of suspended imprisonment in a fraud case during the construction of a fitness center in the Pushkin district of the Moscow region. Read more here.
