Was born on April 19, 1975 in the item Chagan in Kazakhstan.

Education

1997 - graduated from the Smolensk state teacher training college of K. Marx in Philology.

2001 - graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations majoring in Law.

Career

Since 1997 - the leading specialist of administration of Smolensk.

Since 1998 - the deputy chairman of committee on affairs of youth, the deputy chief, the first deputy chief of head department of work and social development of the Smolensk region.

2002 - it is appointed the deputy chief executive of regional fund of social support of the population.

Since 2003 - the chief specialist, the deputy chief, the head of department in department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

2004 - 2005 - the head of department of alternative civil service and labor migration of Federal Service for Labour and Employment^[2].

2006 - 2007 - the head of the department of social protection of the population of the Tver region.

2007 - 2012 - the deputy manager of Federal Service for Labour and Employment^[3].

2012 - 2015 - The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 14, 2012 No. 977-r it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation^[4].

June 24, 2015. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1177-r it is appointed the First Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
