The concern of radio engineering Vega completes development of the unified register of results of intellectual activity on the EDMS platform

The system integrator IT Interface LLC completed the project on creation and implementation of the Automated unified register of results of intellectual activity (AERID) based on Docsvision for JSC Concern of Radio Engineering Vega, the press service of developer reported on October 29, 2012.

Start

In 2011 in concern the program of transition to systematic work in questions of planning and management of the innovative development is adopted. Within this program the project on creation of AERID is initiated. Trial operation of a system is carried out based on JSC Engineering Marketing Center of Concern Vega, being the innovation center of concern and the launch pad for the subsequent scaling of a system at its enterprises.

Objectives

By AERID it is created for improvement, unification and the process automation connected with collecting, storage and management of the intellectual property of concern. The solution of these tasks demanded development of specialized cards, report forms and registers. For convenience of work of users special reference books are created.

As the platform of development AERID the Docsvision system is selected.

After delivery of AERID in commercial operation connection of all enterprises of concern to a system, further accumulation of its functionality and creation based on this development of new projects for other organizations is planned.
