Content

The MEDEL clinic completed implementation of industry solution "1C-Rarus: Out-patient clinic, edition 1". The event was announced by the partner company in this project - 1C-Rarus, on October 31, 2012.

Prerequisites

The personnel of clinic worked in an old information system which did not allow to keep the schedule of acceptance of doctors and watches. Long and laborious selection of the necessary data complicated formation of analytical reports for the management of clinic.

For collection of information about each arriving patient and accelerations of its processing, for fast and high-quality customer service and also for conducting financial and economic activities the new system corresponding to the Russian legislation and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan was required.

The management of clinic made the decision on creation of the single automated medical information system (MIS) allowing to provide the high level of controllability with organization, to optimize financial activities, to improve service of patients. The industry solution "1C-Rarus is selected: Out-patient clinic, edition 1" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. Implementation is carried out by the Kazan branch of 1C-Rarus company.

Solution

In a year 14 jobs on sections are automated: registry, administrative activity, management of treatment and prevention facility, settlement with medical insurance companies, payroll to employees.

Today specialists of clinic can service the bigger number of patients, the SMS informing system of clients is organized, long queues consigned to the past. All this allows to increase service quality and loyalty of visitors, to strengthen positive image of clinic.

Result

The project achieves the following results:

  • write process, registrations and acceptance of patients accelerated twice,

  • holding time of patients in registry at the expense of the organization of high-quality processing of calls in Call center which advises patients on organizational issues was reduced and also carries out making an appointment;

  • on the website of clinic service of self-record of patients is entered that allows to save their time in addition;

  • SMS informing, reminder to clients about record, the schedule, appointment is entered. The patient, registering in acceptance, obtains information on time of testing, acceptance at the doctor, reminders in advance and in day to which acceptance and also information on readiness of analysis results is appointed;

  • work of web service which allows to keep record of patients in the head office of clinic and branch located in other district of the city of Kazan is adjusted;
  • the geography of acceptance of patients, etc. increased.

Accounting of actually rendered services on the basis of which the salary to personnel forms is automated. The general time for formation of salary is reduced.
