Megafon: Personnel management

MegaFon provided Personnel management service in October, 2012. The solution helps to perform online-monitoring of movements of employees and provides an operative communication with them.

Service for the organization of personnel on large actions was provided on the example of coordination of volunteers at test competitions to Sochi.

Service allows the administrator to exercise control over personnel using the special WEB INTERFACE. The volunteers involved in different clusters of the Olympic zone are equipped with mobile terminals which combine advantages of technical means of MegaFon and GLONASS technology. It allows to define exact location of employees on the map and provides effective management of personnel and security on sporting venues.

Tracking of movement of employees and crews of the help helps to react to possible emergency situations quickly. At emergence of state of emergency, accident or accident, the duty operator defines the employees, closest to the place of an event, and notifies them on incident. For an operative communication with personnel the manager can send the Sms only to the employees selected the card.

The solution is developed by subsidiary company of MegaFon - MegaLabs.
