The Moscow state medico-dental university creates the situational center for pupils

The Polymedia company within the project on audiovisual equipping of the Training situational center of Department of a public health and health care of the Moscow state medico-dental university (MGMSU) carried out all complex of works from design, installation and before development of unique user interfaces, the application software. In equipment of STs MGMSU the systems of video conferences and acoustics, the document camera, interactive boards and desktop interactive displays, the computer equipment and also a unique software package for information management enter into audiences.

Ensuring collaboration of pupils in groups, specialists of Polymedia developed the solution with the desktop interactive display of the moderator of group and the personal computer connected to it. Other participants of groups are supplied with the monitors duplicating the image of the screen of the senior of group. For solving of tasks and representation to the teacher of answers to questions, it is enough to moderator to make marks in special forms of the software, and for demonstration of decision making process and the received results to bring the image from the display to the LCD panels set on audience walls.

For an optimal solution of tasks of management of information visualization in audiences the software of "VIRD" of own development of the company is implemented. Software allows to store on a centralized basis information and to protect access for users to system resources – to documents, video and to audio recordings of teleconferences, digital educational resources, scenarios of training and also to control a condition of equipment of all system (for quality improvement and economy on service of a complex), to create scenarios of actions in offline modes and online, to distribute materials on any screens of audience in the type, most convenient for perception, and according to modern ergonomic requirements to information representation.

We did not want to load students with the difficult devices requiring special preparation for their application in educational process, and created the ergonomic, simple and universal solution on training formats", - the CEO of Polymedia company Elena Novikova emphasized.

The created solution provides carrying out teleconferences, interactive lecture occupations, all-university actions, research works and distance learning on the most modern hi-tech equipment.
