VIRD

The software of VIRD solves the following main objectives:

• Effective management practically all operation modes of audiovisual complexes, both in real time, and on in advance prepared scenario;
• Operational and simple management of the information visualization modes from any quantity of sources of different type on any quantity of means of display of different type;
• Creation and preserving of nonlinear scenarios of the meetings including a status of all technical and software tools in each timepoint, possibilities of an operational call of scenarios and their editing;
• Representation of large volumes of numerical data from different sources in a type of business graphics for more effective perception, especially on means of display of collective use.

The scheme shows the basic principle of work of VIRD – the simplest management of visualization. Information from any source, whether it be the normal audiovisual equipment or a specialized software, can be output to any screens, with the most effective use of their opportunities, taking into account requirements of ergonomics, ensuring the correct perception and convenient functioning with data.

Means of this software package are integrated into any audiovisual complex with the minimum changes, giving new opportunities of automated management of the modes of its work, a status and functional interaction of any sources of audiovisual information, means of a video conferencing, means of processing and switching, interactive systems and the applied software, including information and analytical and geographic information systems and databases of the main types.

VIRD is the scenario focused complex, it allows to save a complex status in each timepoint in the form of certain stages from which the sequences for demonstration – scenarios of holding meetings form.
