Biography

Born in 1966.

In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering with a degree in Electronics at Bosphorus University in Istanbul with a Bachelor's degree.

In 1990, he received a Master's degree from the Department of Administration, majoring in Finance and Banking (MBA), Pennsylvania State University, USA.

Finansbank Credit and Marketing Specialist

He began his professional career as a specialist in loans and marketing at Finansbank (Suisse) S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland.

1994: Creation of "Finance Bank (Moscow)"

In 1994, he organized the creation in Russia of a subsidiary bank of the Turkish Banking Holding - Finance Bank CJSC (Moscow) (since 2007 - Credit Europe Bank).

1999: President of Finance Bank (Moscow)

He headed the bank as President from October 1, 1999 to June 30, 2005.

2006: Founder and Chairman of the Management Board of ProCommerce Bank

In 2006, he founded ProCommerce Bank LLC for servicing and lending to small and medium-sized businesses in Russia.

From January 26, 2006 to March 2, 2015 - Chairman of the Management Board of ProCommerce Bank LLC (candidacy agreed on January 10, 2006).

Since September 11, 2018, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
