Kiyevgorstroy completes one more stage of implementation of ERP

PJSC HK Kiyevgorstroy made the decision on cooperation with Information technologies Corporation and use in the activity of the unique instrument of increase in effective management of business processes – systems IT Enterprise.

According to Igor Kushnir, the president of PJSC HK Kiyevgorstroy, project implementation IT Enterprise "will allow to increase efficiency of business processes of the company, will provide transparency of vendor relations and contractors, will qualitatively increase efficiency of control of activity and as the result, will allow to develop more dynamically and quickly to react to market changes".

The project IT Enterprise направлен on achievement of the following purposes:

• Review and regulation of the main business processes of the company, support of structural organizational changes
• Creation of a common information space of work of all divisions and services of the company
• Implementation of end-to-end business processes of control of construction projects, purchase managements, resource managements, managements of contract contract activities, managements of finance, accounting and tax accounting, management of fixed assets, personnel management and payroll, etc.
• System implementation of management of electronic document management in the company, a regulation of processing of documents, the automated control of performing discipline at all managerial levels
• Creation of the corporate qualifier of resources and processes of its filling and maintenance, etc.

The project IT Enterprise is initiated and is under constant control of the management of holding. On July 29, 2014 the corporation announced Information technologies end of the next project stage of implementation of the ERP system IT Enterprise на PJSC HK Kiyevgorstroy.

Priority project tasks of implementation of the ERP system at the enterprise - increase in transparency of implementation process of the real estate, gain of control of pricing policy of construction holding. Within this project the Kiyevgorstroy company aimed to show on own example to the construction market of Ukraine modern approach to effective management of business processes.

Igor Kushnir, the president of PJSC HK Kiyevgorstroy, told: "Our company aims not only at quality improvement of construction works, but also constantly works on development of an enterprise management system. During the ERP system implementation project IT Enterprise our priority was improvement of sales strategy of construction objects, and its transformation in the most customer-oriented. We aimed at that price policy of holding was reasonable both for the management, and for our consumers".

The project team of implementation had an accurate task - to provide the guide of holding of up-to-date operational information to a real estate in necessary cuts.
