Farmers from Zheleznogorsk implemented 1C

In November, 2012 in Agropromkomplektation — Kursk company implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 was executed. Accounting of an elevator and formula-feed plant".

Prerequisites of the Project

The company management set the task of creation of the unified information system which would include not only conducting accounting and tax accounting, but also conducting quantitative and high-quality accounting of grain and finished goods.

Project Progress

After the analysis of offers in the software market the company management made the decision on implementation of automated information system "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of an elevator and formula-feed plant".

Works on implementation of an information system were charged to the developer of this application solution of the Centrprogrammsistem organization which is engaged more than 13 years in automation of the hlebopriyemny enterprises, enterprises for processing of grain crops and formula-feed plants.

Industry part of a configuration was successfully integrated with the standard configuration "1C: Enterprise Accounting CORP" in which forces of service IT of the company in addition implement an add-on unit on accounting in pig-breeding.

Specialists Centrprogrammsistem provided training of staff of the enterprise in work with documents of acceptance, a side job, renewal, shipment of grain and to calculation of services of an elevator. At the moment at the enterprise quantitative and high-quality accounting of grain and compound feeds is completely automated. The problem of separation of production accounting of grain on silos and accounting on funds and suppliers is solved.

Project Results

The management of the enterprise had an opportunity:

• trace and analyze in real time the course of the procurement company;
• exclude "a human factor" on weight thanks to joining of the program with electronic automobile scales;
• get the coordinated work in a common information space of all services of the enterprise.

Industry services quickly receive required forms of accounting documents and the production and industry reporting (ZPP-3, 12, 16, 36, 37 form and others); silage board; acts settlings with partners.

The accountant on grain has an opportunity to automatically calculate and expose services to partners on drying, acceptance, cleaning, storage, renewal and a holiday of grain; The commercial service in the program controls prices of corn and products according to agreements and annexes to them; traces the course of accomplishment of orders on shipment of grain and compound feeds. As a result of automation time for obtaining information on a status of settlement with suppliers and buyers considerably decreased. Now from the developer consulting support is performed.

The 216 thousand tons formula-feed plant of Agropromkomplektation-Kursk LLC was brought into operation in Konyshevsky district of Kursk region in the summer of 2012. The plant provides with compound feeds livestock farms of the company and also renders services to other market participants. The enterprise is included into structure of one of the largest holdings of the country of Agropromkomplektation.
