Product "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of an elevator and formula-feed plant", edition 3.0 contains the functions caused by features of maintaining productive activity on hlebopriyemny, formula-feed plants, the enterprises for processing of oil-bearing crops with preserving of functionality of a standard configuration.

Main industry functionality of the program:

  • Accounting of intake of grain, oil-bearing crops, raw materials automobile and by rail;
  • Design of operations on work with grain and oil-bearing crops on an elevator;
  • Receiving industry forms of accounting documents and production and industry reporting (ZPP form);
  • Accounting and the analysis of quality of the accepted grain (ZPP-47);
  • Automatic calculation of a class of grain according to the analysis;
  • Maintaining registers (ZPP-3) and receiving receipts (ZPP-13) on the accepted grain and raw materials;
  • Use of the general and contractual basic indicators and negotiated purchase prices of grain;
  • Execution of orders on shipment (ZPP-16) and accounting of shipment of grain and products;
  • Execution of orders and acts on a side job and drying of grain (ZPP-34);
  • Operational accounting of not earned additionally grain;

The "Accounting of an Elevator and Formula-feed Plant" configuration is developed on the basis of a standard configuration Enterprise accounting, an edition 3.0 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution. The configuration is not the independent software product, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.10.2667 for its work.

The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.

The "Accounting of an Elevator and Formula-feed Plant" configuration is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library 8.3.

When developing new edition "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of an elevator and formula-feed plant", were considered results of implementation and operation of a configuration at 16 enterprises of the industry among which there are JSC Livensky Formula-feed Plant, Bogatovsky Flour-grinding Plant Ltd, JSC NOCHKINSKOYE HPP Klinsky, JSC Razdelnyansky elevator, JSC Istra-Hleboprodukt, JSC Lipetskmyasoprom, JSC Elevator Novonikolayevsky, Gorzernotok LLC and many others.

The functionality of the software product is complemented with following features:

  • The industry document "Processing of Products" for reflection of operations on granulation and extruding of compound feed is added
  • Industry reports of ZPP-59 - "The magazine of registration of figures of merit of the grain arriving and shipped by the railway and water transport" and the Silage board are added.
  • The industry functionality of the solution is developed using the managed forms that provided a possibility of use in regime of the thin client and web client of the following subsystems:
    • Auxiliary productions,
    • Trade and warehouse,
    • Standard and specialized reports,
    • Administration.

In regime of the thin client and web client for applied roles access restriction to the specialized details of documents connected with reflection in regulated accounting and the cost accounting is implemented.

Operations on accounting of monetary documents are automated.

Use of units for some turnover registers is added.

Work with a retail store equipment is brought into accord to the law of 7/17/2009 No. 162-FZ which changed an order of use of the cash registers at implementation of cash monetary payments.

The "Accounting of an Elevator and Formula-feed Plant" configuration is developed on the basis of a standard configuration Enterprise accounting, edition 3.0 with preserving of basic functionality and uses all advantages of a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.2 providing scalability, openness, simplicity of administration and configuring. The technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.2 allows to work in the mode of the thin client and web client with the accessibility to information base via the Internet including in the mode of low connection speed.

When developing new edition "1C: Accounting of an elevator and formula-feed plant" results of implementation and operation of a configuration on more than at 80 enterprises of the industry among which were considered: Agropromkomplektation-Kursk LLC, JSC Livensky Formula-feed Plant, JSC Pukhovichsky Plant of Bakery Products, Bogatovsky Flour-grinding Plant Ltd, JSC NOCHKINSKOYE HPP Klinsky, JSC Razdelnyansky elevator, Gorzernotok LLC, JSC Istra-Hleboprodukt, JSC Lipetskmyasoprom, JSC Elevator Novonikolayevsky, Yarmelservice LLC, Elevator Allaguvat LLC, MB-Service Elevator LLC, HPP Agrostandard LLC, JSC Perspektiva, Evsinsky Plant of Hlebopodukt LLC, JSC Korenevokhleboprodukt, JSC Buzuluksky elevator, Kromskoy kombikormovy zavod LLC, Bogatovsky Flour-grinding Plant Ltd, JSC Tbilisi Seed Plant and many others.

The functionality of the software product is complemented with following features:

  • The beginning of work is simplified – work with the program begins with the section Desktop, to which it is convenient to bring the magazines and reference books used in daily work as specialists in quantitative qualitatively and production accounting of grain, raw materials and products, and specialists in regulated (accounting and tax), to accounting;
  • Switching between sections of accounting is performed using tabs with names of sections and evident icons that simplifies navigation.
  • Practically of any document or the reference book it is easy to change appearance of a form according to specifics of organization activity.
  • At validation of filling of the document the program selects that detail in which the introduced error, and reports what this error consists in.
  • The list of recently created or edited documents can be browsed, having clicked History.
  • For any object of information base - the document, the reference book, the magazine, etc. - the user can receive the internal link in the form of a line on which other user having access to the same information base will quickly and unmistakably find the necessary object.
  • The documents which are often used in work, reports and other objects it is possible to place Favorites of the program in the section.
  • The user can set the mode of creation of new documents, convenient for himself - they will open in separate windows or on separate tabs in the general window.
  • All data of the employee, including salary and position, are entered and edited directly in the employee's card. Personnel orders are also printed from the employee's card
  • Payroll, the PIT and insurance premiums is reflected one general document.
  • Accounting of deduction is automated.
  • Payroll accounting is kept by jobs, i.e. it is possible to create pay-sheets on divisions. Salary payment of one employee can also be executed separately on different divisions.
  • The accessibility to information base with the rights only to viewing data is added.
  • Accomplishment of long transactions in the background is implemented. Closing of month, report generation, etc. belongs to such transactions, for example.
