Biography
Was born on September 21, 1959 in the village of Rakitnoye of Primorsky Krai.
Education
In 1981 graduated from the Khabarovsk polytechnical institute, faculty "Bridges and Tunnels".
Job
From 1981 to 1995 there passed the way from the master to the chief engineer of Mostootryad No. 47 on construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline, took part in construction more than 150 bridges.
From 1995 to 1999 – the deputy chief on production of Mostootryad No. 35 of JSC Dalmoststroy, constructed and reconstructed highways in Primorsky Krai, the Nekrasovsky traffic intersection in Vladivostok.
In 1999 as the deputy chief engineer of Mostootryad No. 6 JSC Mostotrest took part in construction of the Third Ring Road of Moscow.
2000 – 2001 – the chief engineer of Mostotrest Construction Company LLC, the technical director of UFSK Most Ltd.
From 2001 to 2011 – the CEO of USK "Bridge", directed construction of railway and automobile bridges in all territory of Russia, construction of tunnels, roads and bridges in the Olympic Sochi to the station "The mountain resort "Alpika-service", and also construction of the world's largest cable-stayed bridge to Russky Island through the Eastern Bosphorus Strait in Vladivostok.

10/9/2012 – BP. acting chief of FGPU "Head Department of Construction of Roads and Airfields at Federal Agency for Special Construction".
