LotExpert electronic marketplace. Ukraine is the special version of well proved LotExpert electronic trading system (uTrade) adapted for the Ukrainian market of electronic biddings.

The marketplace automates carrying out different forms of electronic biddings on purchase and sales of goods, works, services and also biddings on implementation of property. LotExpert system. Ukraine is constructed on the universal "trade engine" and allows to carry out different types of electronic biddings in full accordance with the legislation of Ukraine:

• Electronic reverse auctions, on the basis of the law "About Implementation of Public Procurements";
• Electronic auctions on implementation of property of the bankrupt enterprises, on the basis of the law "About Recovery of Solvency of the Debtor or Recognition by His Bankrupt";
• Electronic exchange biddings;
• Biddings in the corporate sector on purchase of goods, works, services;
• Biddings in the corporate sector on sales of goods, Inventories, sale and lease of property;
• Biddings on implementation of bank mortgage property.

A system allows to provide legally significant electronic document management and to guarantee the legal importance of the held auction due to application of the electronic digital signature (EDS), according to requirements of the Ukrainian legislation.

Regarding security requirements, a system provides strict access isolation, reliable confidential information protection, supports enciphering of communication channels.

The universal configured integration module with the third-party systems based on technologies of the infrastructure software product "Integration Server Ultimeta" is provided in a System. A system can be closely integrated with a banking system (for accounting of providing requests of participants of electronic auctions and blocking of means), the Website of the company, the websites of customers, the Web portal of authorized body, the system of accounting and so forth.
