End-to-end system of electronic trading of "LotExpert" (uTrade) - the advanced software solution for carrying out different forms of electronic biddings for sale and purchase of goods, works, services, property for needs of the government and commercial structures.
At the heart of the solution experience of development and operation of electronic trading systems and automation of supplying activity, including in the field of the state and municipal order. The standard software package "Ultimeta State Order" which is successfully implemented in federal and regional authorities widely is recognized as the most full-function and qualitative solution for carrying out electronic biddings and complex automation in the field of the state and municipal order.
The multi-profile and full-function trading system is constructed on modern Internet technologies. The ergonomic and in details worked user interfaces allow to make process of work with a system simple and convenient.
A system is implemented on the industrial server platform and meets the high requirements to reliability and security. The solution is adapted to high loads and has positive experience of the round-the-clock uninterrupted operation, system architecture allows to apply failsafe configurations.
The universal trade engine allows to construct uniform marketplace for tendering on different profiles, including:
- Biddings on purchase of goods, works, services according to the Federal law of 7/18/2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities";
- Biddings on privatization of the state (municipal) property according to the Federal law of 12/21/2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state and municipal property";
- Biddings on implementation of property of debtors in the case of bankruptcy, according to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of 2/15/2010 No. 54;
- Biddings in the corporate sector on purchase of goods, works, services;
- Biddings in the corporate sector for sale of property, Inventories, goods;
- Open auctions on purchase of goods, works, services for the state and municipal needs according to Chapter 3.1 of the Federal law of 7/21/2005 No. 94-FZ (in the long term 2015);
- Biddings on implementation of the arrested (seized) property according to the Federal law of 10/2/2007 No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding", and so forth.

Flexible system architecture allows to adapt in short terms it for carrying out different types of electronic biddings and in details to configure regulations of holding trade procedures and all user interfaces taking into account the Customer's wishes.
The simplified document flow
When tendering a system allows to create automatically different types of electronic and printing documents: notifications, a standard part of documentation on tendering, protocols, notifications, agreements, other printing and electronic documents in formats of office applications: Microsoft Word, Adobe of PDF, OpenOffice. It allows to reduce volumes of routine work when holding trade procedures.
Integration module
The universal configured integration module with the third-party systems based on technologies of the infrastructure software product "Integration Server Ultimeta" is provided in a System.
A system can be closely integrated with the ERP system of the Customer, the system of accounting, an internal system of document flow, the Website of the company or the corporate website. The ability to integrate with software solutions of SAP and ERP systems of other leading manufacturers is maintained.
The electronic marketplace provides information exchange with the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information (when tendering according to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of 2/15/2010 No. 54), ability to integrate with the Official site of the Russian Federation about order placement - www.zakupki.gov.ru and also automatic interaction with the Federal register of unfair suppliers of FAS - rnp.fas.gov.ru. A system can be closely integrated with a banking system (for accounting of providing requests of participants of electronic auctions and blocking of means), the websites of customers (according to 223-FZ).
The electronic marketplace can be connected to the systems of mass informing suppliers on the held auction, in particular, with the analytical Seldon.2012 system (www.acetp.ru) at the expense of what degree of knowledge of suppliers of the held auction significantly raises that promotes gain of the competition and significant growth in economy according to the results of biddings. Our company has wide experience of carrying out integration of systems using modern information technologies.
Legal importance
A system allows to provide legally significant electronic document management and to guarantee the legal importance of the held auction due to application of the electronic digital signature (EDS), according to requirements of the Russian legislation, based on the means of cryptographic information protection certified by FSB. Authentication of users in a system by the certificate of the EDS ("an input by the EDS") is possible. Embedding of means of the EDS is carried out to a System on the basis of the license of FSB for development of means of cryptographic information protection.
A system provides strict access isolation, reliable confidential information protection, supports enciphering of communication channels.
The company carefully handles an issue of technical and cryptographic confidential information protection and personal data in a system, in cooperation with the partner licensee of FSTEC.
Complex analysis of results
The multifunction analytical module provides a possibility of the comprehensive analysis of results of biddings and report generation, in a tabular and graphic form, with representation in different formats: HTML, Microsoft Excel, RTF, Adobe PDF. The visual designer of reports is provided.
