"Hillocks the Hostel" automates work as implementation of industry solution

The small hotel of Hillocks of Hostels automated the work together with The First BIT company (1C: Accounting and Trade) having implemented industry solution "BIT: Hotel 8".

Approach

Before automation the service of placement and armoring conducted accounting of the number of rooms and guests manually – data of the client registered in paper carriers then it was transferred to accounting. Such accounting method took away a lot of time and did not exclude errors. The management of the enterprise makes the decision on automation of activity of hotel. Automation specialists carried out unit and setup of the equipment and also personnel training for work with it.

The solution - result

According to the results of implementation of industry solution "BIT: Hotel 8" based on the 1C: Accounting 8 platform managed to be reached a number of results:

• There was an opportunity to keep the authentic analysis of activity of the enterprise, due to display of all workflows in the program;
• The uniform base allowed to reflect accounting of all hotel enterprise: accounting, administrations to integrate data on armoring and accommodation of guests, operation of the number of rooms;
• Emergence of errors at execution of requests for armoring and resettlement of visitors, thanks to automatic filling of necessary forms was minimized;
• The system of settlement with clients is automated.
