Rospan International Ltd involves experts in support of management of programs of gas projects

The PM Expert company jointly with specialists of the customer completed the first stage of service and engineering works within the program of gas projects for Rospan International.

Within cooperation by specialists of PM Expert services in support of project management of the customer are rendered, including: creation of management plans and scheduling and network models of projects; operational management by projects; administration of projects.

It is expected that the implemented PM Expert of the solution will provide effective management of drafts of the program. "In particular, the scheduling and network model will allow to control course of execution of projects and to timely reveal deviations from plans, to do the corresponding forecasts and to define resource requirement for execution of works. All this will give the chance to manage projects, saving resources, not going beyond the budget, terms and according to effective objectives" — noted in the company.
