PM Expert

The PM Expert company renders professional services of project management, programs and portfolios for three directions: outsourcing (external control by projects of the customer), consulting (implementation of project management in the company of the customer) and training (internal and remote trainings on project management).

Clients of the company in the field of consulting and outsourcing are the largest representatives of the different industries of the Russian business. Among them FGC UES, Rosneft, TNK-BP, Uralmash, Toyota Motor, Sberbank of Russia, VTB 24, Glavstroy, MTS and many others.

The PM Expert company is the Russia's first official provider of the project management training based on the international standard of PMI Project management institute - Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMI PMBOK®). Today the training center of the company develops about 30 internal and 10 distance training programs on project management, including simulyatsionny games and preparation for passing the international examinations. PM Expert issued more than 30,000 certificates on training in managers of an average and the top management from the leading Russian and foreign companies.

The partner network of PM Expert which main office is in Moscow covers most the large economic centers of Russia and the neighboring countries — St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Kiev, Almaty.

Since June, 2007 the PM Expert company is a part of JSC Armada (MICEX, RTS: ARMD).

2012

Growth of turnover of PM Expert on services was about 25% in comparison with 2011, the number of salaried employees of the company exceeded 150 people.

In 2012 the PM Expert company completed the next stage of service and engineering works within the Program of gas projects for ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL Ltd entering into TNK-BP holding. The program of gas projects includes full-scale development of the East Urengoy and New and Urengoy gas-condensate license areas. The planned indicator of CAPEX of the Program – about 6 bln. dollars. Within cooperation by specialists of PM Expert services in support of project management of the customer, including creation of management plans and scheduling and network models of projects, operational management and administration of projects were rendered. PM Expert is only among the Russian companies specializing in project management, the support of project management of such scale having experience.

Last year steady demand for the services of professional project management and consulting provided by PM Expert company remained, in particular, successful cooperation with such organizations as FGC UES, Kubanenergo, Severstal, Rosobrnadozor, MaRussia Motors, TNK-Uvat, Atomredmetzoloto, VCNG (TNK-BP), etc. continued.

In 2012 PM Expert spent over 1400 a training days for more than 8800 listeners. The average score of satisfaction of students of the company makes over 9 on a 10-ball scale.

2011

Last year PM Expert reached significant growth of indicators of business development:

• In 10 years of work for commercial enterprises and the state organizations over 100 projects were implemented. Thus, the summary project budget, being under control of the company, reached 25 billion rubles.
• Are developed and successfully brought to the market of service in planning and maintenance 4D, 5D and 6D of models of construction projects and also on certification of KSUP in the companies and the organizations.
• The international statuses PMI® RCP and Oracle Gold Partner are received.
• PM Expert became the only company in Russia having internal skilled staff with the confirmed statuses and also training programs in all leading world methodologies of project management: PMI PMBOK® Guide, ICB IPMA, P2M, Scrum, PRINCE 2.
• The company issues more than 40 thousand certificates on project management training.
• PM Expert provided possibilities of professional certification of national value for the specialists occupied in project activity. Over 600 specialists in the country have degree РМЕ®.

History

• May, 2011: repeated certification on compliance of own Quality Management System (QMS) to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 is undergone. Quality Management System of PM Expert was developed, implemented and for the first time recognized meeting criteria of ISO 9001 in 2008. Repeated certification is the obligation for any company which earlier sustained this procedure and becomes a guarantee of the high level and corporate stable performance of SMK. Certification audit of a quality management system of PM Expert was performed by the SZhS Vostok Limited company which is a part of the SGS Group (International Organization for Standardization) – the world leader in the market of control, examination, tests and certification.

• in August, 2011 PM Expert issued the 500th certificate to the owner of degree of PME® (Project Management Expert) confirming professional competence in the field of project management. the manager of group of department of the equipment of department of engineering of Rosneft — STC LLC Alexander Orlov who before certification took "A basic project management course on the basis of the Edition (2008) PMI PMBOK® Guide 4th standard" became the 500th certified PME®. "The passable training course and testing for degree of PME® systematized the being available knowledge in the field of project management. Now it was necessary to put this systematized knowledge into practice", - Alexander shared impressions. As a gift to Alexander Orlov the certificate granting the right of free passing of examination to the degree of PMEP© (Project Management Expert Practitioner) which is the second after РМЕ® a step of a system of certification of PM Expert which demonstrates existence of practical experience in project management was handed. The certification of PME® developed by methodologists of PM Expert in 2008 became the first certification considering features of the Russian specifics of maintaining projects. Today the project managers and specialists involved in project management from leading companies of the country have degree of PME®.
