Areon Consulting constructed the system of outgoing call-down based on contact center of Cisco IP Contact Center used in UkrSibBank. The Management of Soft Collection which is a part of contact center of UkrSibBank became the Baznes-project orderer. The zone of its responsibility includes work with borrowers as at a stage of a reminder on the next payment (Pre Collection), and after violation of payment due dates.

During the project outgoing call-down in the Preview and Predictive modes is constructed and optimized. Integration into customized applications of bank is made and the interface of attendant workstation is finished.

The implemented system gave an opportunity on a centralized basis to manage and control call-down process in real time.

According to Natalya Izmaylova, the chief of Contact center of UkrSibBank: "As a result of process automation of remote work with borrowers time expenditure on call-down of clients decreased on average by 45%, and the total quantity of calls on one collector made 15-20 per hour".
