Areon Consulting is a golden partner of Oracle, specializing in solutions Siebel CRM and Oracle BI, has the status of the authorized partner Avaya in the Contact Centre (CC) and Medium business systems (SME) directions and also Cisco ZOOM, Nice and Teleopti is a partner.

The company selected rather narrow specialization. Initially its product portfolio included solutions based on Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle BI and also contact centers. Areon Consulting implemented projects on implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM in Ukraine, in Republic of Belarus, Russia, Israel, Spain, Italy, the USA, Saudi Arabia and Finland.

Areon Consulting started development and deployment of WEB TECHNOLOGIES which will be able to increase convenience and efficiency of use of applications and also the first in Ukraine opened for the practician according to Oracle Fusion CRM, Oracle which added a line of CRM solutions.

Since 2009 in Ukraine and Republic of Belarus practically all projects on implementation of Siebel CRM in the banking sector were implemented with involvement of consultants Areon Consulting.
