Was born on April 8, 1953 in Bakal of the Satka district of Chelyabinsk region

In 1975 graduated from the Chelyabinsk state teacher training college. After the termination of university worked as the teacher, principal No. 8 Mr. Bakala, from 1978 to 1987 was the manager of city department of national education, from 1987 to 1993 - the vice-chairman of the Satka Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies. Since 1993 - the head of administration of Satka, in 1996 is elected the mayor and the area.
