Biography

Alexander Valeryevich Dyukov was born on December 13, 1967 in Leningrad.

Education

After leaving school in 1985 entered the Leningrad shipbuilding institute of the Order of Lenin. "Engineer-aero hydromechanic" in 1991 graduated from it in 1991 majoring in.

In 2001 received IMISP MBA degree.

Career

In 1996 — 1998 consistently held positions of the chief financial officer and CEO of JV Petersburg Oil Terminal Ltd.

In 1998 was the director of economy and during 1999 fulfilled duties of the CEO of JSC Seaport St. Petersburg.

In 2000 got to work in JV Petersburg Oil Terminal Ltd as the chairman of the board of directors again.

In February, 2003 it is appointed the president of JSC Sibur (then JSC AKS Holding).

In November, 2006 it is appointed the president of JSC Gazprom Neft. In SIBUR Holding headed Board of Directors of the company, having worked in this position till 2011.

Since January, 2008 it is appointed the Chairman of the board and the CEO of joint stock company "Gazprom Neft.

In March, 2008 it is appointed the president of the St. Petersburg Football Club Zenit (the club is sponsored by Gazprom). Besides, in 2008 became the chairman of the board of directors of Zenit club.

Since 2011 held a position of the vice-chairman of Board of Directors in SIBUR Holding.

On December 29, 2011 the Board of Directors of JSC Gazprom Neft prolonged the contract with Dyukov for 5 years.

In December, 2016 the Board of Directors of PJSC Gazprom Neft prolonged the contract with Dyukov as the CEO and the chairman of the board for five years again. During this time under the leadership of Dyukov the enterprise increased production volumes twice. Production increased due to development of new large projects in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, first of all Novoportovsky, the field (Gazprom neft-Yamal).

Dyukov was an initiator of the fact that Gazprom Neft joined in development of the Bazhenov shale (the group of petromaternal rocks identified in 1959 in the territory of Western Siberia). In 2017 the Ministry of Energy appropriated to the "Creation of a Complex of Domestic Technologies and Hi-tech Equipment of Development of Stocks of the Bazhenov Shale" project the status of national. Development will help to increase production of the Russian analog of slate oil by 2025.

In May, 2017 Dyukov left a post of the president of the St. Petersburg Football Club Zenit. Under its management the club three times became the champion of Russia (2010, 2012 and 2015), twice — the owner of the Russian Cup (2010, 2016), the Cup of UEFA and the Supercup of UEFA (2008).

Alexander Dyukov supported implementation of digital technologies in the oil industry more than once and began digital transformation of Gazprom Neft. So, from 2016 to 2018 hi-tech projects in the area a blockchain, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics on the basis of Big Data (for example, application of the 3D systems - modeling for creation of digital doubles of the equipment on affiliated enterprises of Gazprom Neft) and industrial Internet of Things in logistics (delivery of cargo to the Prirazlomnaya platform, Gazprom Neft Shelf LLC) were implemented.

In April, 2018 Alexander Dyukov made the decision to create directorate of digital transformation of Gazprom Neft. A task of division — to create a single system of digital projects of the company and to develop own intellectual services.

For December, 2018 is the chairman of the board, the CEO of JSC Gazprom Neft, the vice-chairman of Board of Directors of PJSC SIBUR Holding, the chairman of the board of directors of Zenit club. In addition, heads committee of programs of development of soccer of the Football Union of Russia.

Other

Part of the earned money spends for purchase of shares of Gazprom Neft. In the last two years its packet doubled and today is estimated at $1.3 million.

Ratings

In November, 2012 Forbes in rating "25 dearest top managers of Russia" where took the 11th place with annual compensation of $8 million is included.
