For strategy implementation of forward and dynamic development BPS-Sberbank made the decision to move to qualitatively new level of automation allowing to increase considerably the speed and quality of bank processes. The corporate standard of group is Oracle Siebel CRM therefore the choice was stopped on industry solution from Areon Consulting which specializes in implementation of CRM in the banking sector.
According to the Chairman of the board of JSC BPS-Sberbank Vasily Matyushevsky: "The decision on implementation of a complex CRM system was caused by the aspiration to strengthen positions of BPS-Sberbank in financial market and it is profitable to select it in the opinion of the client against the background of the main players of the market. The project on implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM in BPS-Sberbank started on September 1, 2011, and already on February 1, 2012 the CRM system was put into commercial operation in corporate and retail business of bank.
