Administration of the Ulyanovsk region (System-112)

Rostelecom will take part in implementation in the territory of the Ulyanovsk region of the System 112 project. Project deadlines and mechanisms of its implementation were discussed at a government meeting of the Ulyanovsk region.

The system of providing a call of the emergency operational services through uniform number "112" based on uniform services of municipal entities on duty and dispatching will be created by the company using cloud computing based on already existing the Call Center (CC) of O7.112 service (the service of a national cloud platform intended for optimization of work of the emergency operational services) and the upgraded Data Processing Center (DPC) of the company.

The associate director of MRF "Volga" - the director of project management Andrey Bayev noted that Rostelecom is uniform point of entry concerning creation of infrastructure of a system of an emergency call, its functioning and operation. Besides, project implementation based on a cloud platform of Rostelecom is represented the most optimal solution in terms of economy of costs and terms of implementation".

The Deputy Prime Minister of the region Openysheva Svetlana emphasized high social orientation of "System-112". "Implementation of this project will increase efficiency of reaction of the emergency operational services in emergencies and through uniform number will provide a possibility of quick access of the population to such services as police, medical ambulance, fire protection, abnormal service of gas network, etc. Uniform number will help to increase the level of counteraction to threats of technogenic, natural character, to acts of terrorism, will promote ensuring public safety of citizens", - Svetlana Openysheva noted.
