Biography
In 2006, Kirill Berman graduated from Pacific State University with a degree in engineering with a specialization in Computer and Automated Systems Software.
In 2012, he studied at the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation and at the Informzaschita training center.
In 2011-2013 worked as a consultant to the Information Protection Department at the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Khabarovsk Territory.
In 2013-2014. served as head of the department for work with local governments of the same department.
In 2014 he became Deputy Minister, and in 2015 - First Deputy Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Khabarovsk Territory.
In January 2019, Kirill Berman took over as acting Minister of Information Technology and Communications of the Khabarovsk Territory, and in February, by order of the governor, he was appointed minister. At the time of his appointment, the 34-year-old official became the region's youngest minister.
Berman's promotion was preceded by the dismissal of his boss, the Minister of Information Technology and Communications of the region, Sergei Fedorov.
