ant Technologies announced in the fall of 2012 implementation of the WMS system of Logistics Vision Suite on a warehouse complex of the Russian division of ALVISA Group - ALVISA Trading House LLC company and automation of process of collecting of orders by means of a management system for Vocollect Voice voice.

ant Technologies automated work of a warehouse complex of ALVISA Trading House LLC with a total area more than 14,000 sq.m. (the 1st stage) located in the Moscow region.

The choice of the WMS system for benefit of Logistics Vision Suite (LVS) is based on rich functionality of the solution, high rates of efficiency of a warehouse from the first day of system implementation, fast setup of family of the LVS software products under requirements of high-growth business, high competences of a project team, the acquired experience of maintaining projects in different segments of the market.

In the course of the implementing solution LVS and adaptation of a system under tasks of ALVISA Group 15 at the same time working jobs in a warehouse were automated, setup of a system under personal problems of a warehouse is made, including:

• the module of batch print, with a possibility of further setup by the system administrator is integrated;
• storage function and printings of scanned copies of documents (certificates, declarations, references, characteristics, agreements, etc.) is implemented;
• the mechanism of check of reservation of goods on the basis of the relevant documents is implemented;
• control of correctness of input of attributes of storage (batch, date of a flood, flood batch, etc.) is provided;
• control of storage lives, residual storage lives, etc. is configured;
• integration of WMS Logistics Vision Suite with the internal accounting system is made;
• the add-on module of management of the yard which provides management of work of vehicles in the territory of a warehouse complex is installed.

Upon completion of all works and training in administration of Logistics Vision Suite of operators, managers and administrators of a warehouse complex, all processes of warehouse and transport logistics began to work under control of LVS.

Works on system implementation of management-voiced Vocollect Voice became a separate stage of process automation of a warehouse complex. The voice technology is implemented on an assembly step of orders and is unique for warehouse complexes in the Russian Federation and the first similar project implemented in the Russian Federation by the Russian integrator.

The operability of a system is provided at the expense of the software of Vocollect Voice and the equipment, wearable on itself with the warehouse worker:

• the Vocollect Talkman computer creating information transfer;
• headsets of speech recognition (earphones with the microphone).

Application of a management system for voice increases the speed of collecting of orders for 30% in comparison with use of radio terminals. This technology showed special efficiency when collecting orders for the retail networks differing in requirement of a wide assortment row and different quantity of the ordered products.
